As part of my senior thesis, I combined two of my aspiring careers, design and tattooing.
I conducted a series of interviews with Portland locals, inquiring about their tattoo experiences. I created flash designs wherein the duration of the tattoo sessions were recorded, offering insight into the psychology behind the practice. My findings are captured within this zine, with each story and accompanying imagery serving as a glimpse into body art culture as it stands today.
